The South Korean military has been sending flyers in balloons into North Korea so that the North Korean people can read about the anti government protests that have been going on in the Middle East and North Africa when the balloons burst. The point of this is to encourage the North Korean people to protest against Kim Jong Il's rule. The North Korean media has not informed the North Korean people about the situation in the Middle East and North Africa.

I don't think it will work because the North Korea can easily threaten another country with nukes to force them to come to North Korea and stop the protest

Its good to see that people are spreading the news to other countries where news and internet is highly filtered by the government.

As to the nukes thing, if it gets like that in North Korea, many people within the military that have power, may join the revolt.

Just a thought haha
